Senior Remote Support Engineer

Seeking a senior level remote support engineer to work with small/medium business network environments. Must have strong client service and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities will be diverse, challenging, and require personal judgement.

Responsibilities

  • Provide Support for Windows Based networks for small to medium sized businesses
  • Troubleshooting, recommendation and implementation of backup solutions
  • Implementation and troubleshooting and training for Exchange / hosted email and various anti spam technologies.
  • Troubleshooting and Support of Exchange and Blackberry Enterprise Server
  • Troubleshooting and Support of Symantec Endpoint Protection and Symantec Mail security for Exchange.
  • Troubleshooting and Support of Sonicwall and Cisco firewalls/routers.
  • Troubleshooting and Support of Citrix XenApp, XenDesktop and XenServer
  • Windows domain controller management, support, and troubleshooting

Required Skills

  • Knowledge of MS Office

The Junior Cyber Security Analyst is responsible for helping our clients address timely and pervasive issues such as identity theft, data security breaches, data leakage, cyber security, and system outages across organizations of various sizes and industries, with the goal of enabling ongoing, secure, and reliable operations. This is a highly technical role that will utilize the candidate’s technical knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyzing all relevant cyber security event data and other data sources for attack indicators and potential security breaches.
  • Provide real-time response to incidents.
  • Track and monitor network, host, and desktop activities for suspicious behavior
  • Identify misuse, malware, or unauthorized activity on monitored networks. Report the activity appropriately as determined by the customer.
